My 4.5yrs old son is hyperactive, aggressive, he hurts and bites others badly specially his younger brother, uncontrollable when stopped from doing something and when I show anger upon him. I try my best to treat him as politely as possible but by the end of the day I lose my temperament and hit him. After that I regret. And it happens every other day. Please help me.

it takes time to understand kids which are hyperactive but you have to keep patients and try to understand him more than making him understand you getting angry when your son misbehave makes him more prone to misbehaving hence you should stay calm and request him to not do the things which he has done That's the only solution further you can look out and reach out to YouTube videos which will help you and teach you how to manage kids with hyperactive conditions
