u must take tab inderal 10 mg when I have problem of increase heart beat n use tab ectalopram 5 mg in morning after breakfast for one month than tapper off the dose use tab vitamax women once daily for one month for ur letharagy n u can use tab alp0.25 mg at night if sleep issue than let me know
