I have been having chest pain on the left side for the past three or four days and even when I am sleeping, my heart starts pounding and I immediately get up and sit up. Sometimes this pain starts in my arms and sometimes it starts in my left side of my head. I need a solution to what is happening and what is the procedure for it. What should I do?
