Talk to Cardiologist on Panic Attacks, Anxiety, Sleep Disorder, Often Feel Racing Heart/fear Of Heart Disease

Facing anxiety/muscles contraction for several years. Facing panic attacks for the last 1.5 year. Doctor prescribed tab Sert which led to sleep disorder (sleep reduced to 3-4 hours after using Sert). Again consulted, and doctor recommended Olepra 1/2 for 15 days alongwith continuation of Sert.

You need a proper specialist consult. I would suggest get an appointment with psychiatrist. I don’t think this forum would be of much help to you
Look like you have generilzed anxiety disorders with somatoform disorder matlab ap ko anxiety but we need to rule is there any cause( physical like thyroid disease) or its just mental issue need to see discuss further also need to review investigations if u have got any ecg too i am a cardiologist and specialist family physician can help u in both but need a detail history and investigation only then can prescribe treatment thank you
