How can I overcome her social anxiety?
It could be more than just social anxiety. Social anxiety could be just a symptom. Please get her assessed to rule out any other issues
Hello! As a Child Psychologist I will suggest you to engage her in more playful activities, social stories about school to make her realize school is a place to learn and interact, she is just shy and have difficulty in socialization so group sessions can be effective as well. Some students have school anxiety so that should be dealt accordingly as well. You can consult me for a consultation for proper guidance in accordance with the needs of child.
Since she communicates normally at home but becomes silent at school, it may be related to social anxiety or shyness in unfamiliar settings rather than a lack of ability.
I would recommend avoiding pressure to speak and instead gently encouraging small social interactions step by step. If the difficulty continues for several months or significantly affects her functioning at school, a professional assessment with a child psychologist may be helpful to better understand her emotional needs and provide early support.

She is too young to be diagnosed with social anxiety. She is in developing years and 3 years is too early for school she is going through separation anxiety as it take 3 years to complete attachment process with the mother so it is absolutely normal that she is behaving such way. You should keep on encouraging her, do not force her to go to school when she don’t want to. Give her some time to adjust to the new environment. If the problem persists for months, take a consultation
