Talk to Chiropractor on Neck,head And Shoulders Pain

After my accident, am facing a problem in my neck means neck veins pain and neck back pain this pain move towards shoulders and head . Sometimes I can't move properly my neck towards back ur bend into prayers. I don't know what's the problem I feel half headic pain and feeling pressure on my brain veins and eye also. I have done X-ray for that but results are nothing.
