my neck is stiff and I feel pain in my neck and joints(knees and fingers).I feel pain in neck when I move neck.I feel pain in knees while there is tightness in chest and some difficulty breathing ESR was normal apparently no issues with liver or kidney so far which diagnostic test and specialist doctor should I go to?
