Talk to Chiropractor on Pain In Right Shoulder

I have pain in right shoulder for about a month now. I cannot lift heavy objects neither can i sleep on the right side. I went to an orthopaedic surgeon. he did x ray only and said everything was fine. He gave me just some pain killers. Its been a month now and the pain is increasing daily. the painkillers slows the pain but i dont want to eat painkillers all the time. I need some proper treatment. Could the pain be from nerves or muscles tendons? A genuine reply would be much appreciated. Thanks.
