Actually she is doing a teaching job and also she do work in home after school. her routine is tough. and she is not so healthy. yesterday she felt weakness and Also pain in her Shoulders And back. she was also suffering from Flu. so she took a tablet of Parasetamol. and also took rest today but she is still suffering from shoulder, neck and back pain badly. pls Give some home remedy to Control this Pain. She also Did her checkup to a doctor and they given 3 tablets name dextop, paracl D and olaway but still no difference in her pain

can u rate the degree of pain? how severe is it? what are her Hb levels.. Also, ask her to do deep breathing.. muscle relaxations and have a good pain killer..
increase water intake..
if taking paracetamol, it can be doubled that is 1000mg every 4 to 6 hours
olaway is an anti.psychotic medication.. and yes massage over ur shoulders

Thank you Mam. As she told me she felt 7 and 8 degree pain. but one time in the Night she felt 10 degree pain. And about her HB level. Before some time she Was suffering from a very Bad pain at her left side so at that time she did her CBC but her blood level was Good. it was at 12 but still she was suffering from that pain. and this Time i'm not sure about her HGB but i'll tell her to do her CBC then i'll provide.

when she do massage of her shoulders and back. it gives relief from pain but only for some time like two to three hours and then it happens again.

Did the dr carefully examine her muscles to rule out tissue damage? and also, why isn't she taking any painkillers?
thirdly, the dr knows better, still y no pain killer and a combination of anti.psychotic and stomach's indigestion meds?
he might have thought that its gas pain or something....

however, its general that pains are handled by painkillers... gv her some.. if there r no other issues, u can gv her a muscle relaxant, and painkiller like naproxen sodium ... etc

Alright Mam. she is feeling better now by Doing massage of her muscles and she also took that tablets with an extra panadol. But if she suffer again then i'll give her this pain killer.
