Talk to Cosmetic Surgeon on Hand Wrist Joint Pain Alongwith Mascular Pain

Actually in 2014 i fell on road and my hand smashed on road due to which in my hand wrist pain started and still pain is not leaving, i also applied different oils as well used many medicines recommended by orthopedic but there is no relief.
still when i write for 2-3 minutes continuously pain get started or lift heavyweight then pain move toward shoulder and stored there backside of my shoulder.
Even i cannot sit for longtime without any take, so please you all are requested to guide me to whom Dr i need to check please advise ?
