Complain of knee pain since last month i visited a physiotherapy clinic they said may be its arthritis She has swelling leg and pain Pain in walking also scars on her both legs

arthritis is disease of joints . however she needs detailed evaluation . including blood tests like serum uric acid., ra factor , diabetic status, lfts ,rfts and even cardiac profile along with x rays of involved joints probably knees.
better to get labs and radiographs and visit orthopaedic nearby.
ok so her legs seem to be swollen ... detailed evaluation needs of renal profile , Diabetes status , peripheral vascular disease etc and X ray bilateral knee joints standing for assesment of Osteoarthritis . Please book a consultation with an ortho surgeon
