Talk to Cosmetic Surgeon on Left Side Muscle Pain N Fatigue

I have IBS tending IBS type M and D.. There is limited choice of food which I can eat and no supplements etc.. I am trying to balance things with medicines n limited diet.. Now 3, 4 days ago I had sharp stabbing pain in my upperchest tending towards left side of sternum.. It last was not radiating but was consistent.. I last for few hours and went away on its own.. But that part of muscles still feel hurt now when I touch it.. It doesn't feel rigid or something.. From today morning I have been having dull pain to shrp pain in my left shoulder back left side of chest radiating to arm.. Sometimes it's sharp shooting pain.. Mostly it's dull throbing kind of pain.. I have all over fatigue but as such shortness of breath neither I feel dizzy.. But I am feeling alot of depression today.. Kindly help me..
