Lumber Spine Issue

Question

I have a lumber spine issue.I slipped 2 3 years back and didn't get any apparent ,in xray doctor says there is a lumber spine has issues,you need to keep lying,not sit for longer hours and use belt.I am worried about my I be back to normal activities if I do physiotherapy,take medicine and keep my posture better,as suggested by the doctor?
