I'm a 32-year-old male (unmarried) experiencing pain above my knee joint. This started about a month ago.
I recently joined a gym (2.5 months ago) and included squats in my routine (once or twice a week). I found information online suggesting squats could be a cause of knee pain.
However, I'm unsure about the exact cause. Today, while lifting a heavy object (around 20kg+) with some help from labor in my home, I felt a sudden and intense pain above my knee. Even after an hour, the pain persists.
