My gums specially top front from behing is bleeding heavily during sleep since Ramzan. Some gums invluding it, are swollen as well. After Ramzan I took flygyl 400 mg 2 times for 5 days that worked then but the problem reoccured soon. What can be the reason and how to tackle it?

It can be due to tartar or plaque present pn your gums , so inorder ro remove that u need to go for scaling. Scaling removes the tartar from the gums by ultrasonic vinration and doesnt harm your teeth.

the reason is inflammation in the gums that is usually and mostly caused by calcified calculus behind your gums. Take a mirror and in a good light look for yellowish coloration from inside of your lower teeth. If yellow hard stones are present then you need SCALING to eliminate it.

you require scaling it might be due to calculus . don't take further antibiotics.consult your nearby dentist and also brush 2 times a day with the proper brushing technique.salt and water gargles are also require if you are not a high blood pressure patient

Most probably you have gum disease which is why you will be needing Scaling. Meanwhile take paradontax toothpaste for 30 days along with enzicolor mouthwash and use supersoft brush.

Okay but if you got treated from gingivitis or pyria ten years back and never had scaling after that then it needs to be diagnosed. It will be most probably scaling needed but still get yourself diagnosed first.

bleeding from gums is am indication that your gums are weak. usually hard deposits settle between gums and teeth and can't be removed by brush. flagyl subsides the gum infection for time being but if the cause is not removed then bleeding starts again.
you need to see dentist and get your scaling done. with that if you need then the dentist will advise you to take meds and mouthwash to cure the problem properly.
