This appears as a broken down root which should be extracted if it’s causing you pain. An x-ray needs to be taken to confirm the presence of infection beneath. For now you can take synflex 550 mg thrice a day just to relieve down the pain. Do warm salt water rinses too. But get it extracted as early as possible.
