Talk to Dentist on Front Tooth Root Exposed
Asking For Self, Male 40, Islamabad
My front tooth already root canal and filling since 10 years, no pain but root is exposed from front side, i notice it before 6 months, please advise.

Hmm this is because of gingivitis and periodontitis.if bone levels are fine then go for mucogingival grafting

Probably due to gums recession
clinical examination is very imp xray is imp ,then only can diagnose and give you the treatmnet plan

that's tooth originating infection... odontogenic infection.. might be from previous failed RCt or another curious tooth..
