my baby is 10 months old now he has no teeth yet, while, central incisor limit is 6 to 10 months, so causes?

sometimes eruption of teeth occurs lately. reasons could be premature birth , nutritional deficiency or low birth weight .. you need to give your baby good healthy diet.
You just need to visit a nearby qualified and skilled dentist.. will go for proper evaluation, diagnosis and then treatment..
Don't need to worry. it's quite normal nowadays, just give him healthy diet like fruits purees, etc. and also it's better to visit a nearby dentist for detailed evaluation.
No need to worry. Go to your nearby dentist for full dental evaluation and try to give baby healthy diet along with milk
eruption time line can vary. please give your baby healthy and good diet and most importantly hard food like (apple) so that the gums start to respond and eruption process will start soon. Insha'Allah
