Ya this needs review by ent spec. On pic can't be accurately diagnosed
its hypertophhic scar go to any good surgeon for excision.
Dear Pt, It is definitely NOT a scar! i do agree that it is Keloid..........various options among which intra lessional injection is high on cards... DO NOT GO FOR SURGERY! it is a NO NO. Remove the earing at first.
