Talk to Dermatologist on A Hard Stone Like Pimple

I have a hard stone like pimple with yellowish nucleus on the pinky finger of my right foot. (Picture attached) Slight pain in walking and a bit more pain if i press it. Cant feel any liquid inside. Its been around 1.5 months and it's not going away. I have not applied anything on it yet.

It seems corn , you need to moisturise it with petroleum jelly its proper treatment is pearing & Electrocautery.. So you are advised to visit personally
It’s a callosity . Apply betasalic ointment
Apply spectrazole on it twice daily
Tab. Naproxen 250mg (Twice daily)
Tab. Novidate 500mg (once daily)
Follow up after 5 days

Looks like a viral wart. It needs to be treated with a machine by a Dermatologist. Please take an appointment thru Marham to visit my clinic for treatment. I am working during this lockdown.
