Abnormal Growth Inside Toenail

Question

Aoa can you plz tell me what is that growing inside my toe nail? It is hard just like nail and this place hurts sometimes. I had it operated 7 years ago because of ingrown nail problem and it went well but now for more than a year there is something growing on inner side.
