Talk to Dermatologist on Acne

Assalam o aleikum. I had acne problem since my teen age. During my college days when I was 16 I got severe acne but I cured it by visiting a dermatologist at that time. After treatment my acne was gone. But phr bhi baad may meri skin Kabhi na Kabhi pimples aa jatey the whenever I use any product on my face because my skin is sensitive and oily. That's why I always took great care in choosing skin products. Now in September 2021, I again got acne after so many years. I visited the dermatologist again and I was on ISOTRETINOIN medication till January 2022. My acne got cured after 4 months and my dermatologist also told me that my acne is finished. But now I'm getting acne again. I haven't changed any skin products, neither there's any other disease. But still I'm getting acne. So I wanna ask that should I start taking those ISOTRETINOIN capsules or is this some other issue.
