Talk to Dermatologist on Acne/Allergy

Since the winters has started after every 3 to 4 days on my cheeks chin upper lips and side area of lips these acne/Allergy small pimples appers they remain there for 5,6 days... And after that they vanish by then agaim they appear after 4 to 5 days. And cycle repeats on.... I don't why this happens. It is is due to some cream/Lotion which i am using or due to some food. I am not confirm. Can you please guide and tell the solution for this problem
