Talk to Dermatologist on Acne And Acne Scars

So, a friend of mine have an acne problem and also terrible acne scars on her face. She is trying everything, from PureActive dermatologist tested cleanser and home remedies but whiteheads all over her face is not fading away but only multiplying and getting more harder as though her pores are clogged. She has acne scars all over her face. Her skin type is combination. She also suffers from melasma spots on her body which is not fading but spreading. Kindly suggest best products for acne and acne scars to get glowing skin. Also, she has tried many dermatologists in Faisalabad but was not satisfied. That is why I am posting her queries here to get best possible solution.
