I've been having acne issues. I've always had acne on my jaw and cheeks and little bumps on my forehead and the only thing that ever worked to clear it was tazorac cream. I have oily skin in just my t zone area but acne / textured skin everywhere especially on my jawline and cheek, chin and little bumps on forehead, what can I use to clear it up.

You did not mention for how long have been using Tazorac cream/gel. If you have stopped using it then why.
I don't understand what's the point is seeking help from Pakistan when you don't live here. Whatever med will be suggested, you won't be able to get in US.
My advice to you is to seek help in the US because you might be needing a short course of 2-3 weeks of oral antibiotics.
