I am attaching two pics of my back(kamar). I want to tell these acne or pimples what ever they are started at age of 15,16 in 2010. At that time it was not much in number. I thought ky yh time ky sth thk ho jain gy. Kbi kbi dany thk ho jaty hain if take much care like washing with dettol or having less consumption of dairy products. I have no pain due to these. I dont want to go to any clinic nowadays. What should i do? Yh kaly kaly nishan hain. Every spot is not dana... kafi ziada nishan hain. What should i do or take care in home till the corona situation?

its Trunkal Acne. Regular and persistent treatment is needed for betterment. if you dont want to go to any clinic, you may get appointment through Marham for online consultation with a Dermatologist
Acne is always due to the hormones thus treatment is prolonged. I cannot examine your acne because I am located in Karachi.
