Talk to Dermatologist on Acne, Dark Circles And Dark Lips.

I've had acne for about 2 years now, went to many dermatologists. Applied many serums and creams. They vanished when i used those creams but when i stopped using them the acne was i have dark circles which are pushed in if that makes sense. I mean to say that the area around my eyes is really dark and it isn't at the same level as my skin. Plus i have dark lips since i was 14 maybe . I think it was because of the sunlight. i started smoking when i was 17 and the colour got even darker. Fortunately i have quit smoking for about 6 months now and applied a couple of lip lighteners but those don't seem to work. Kindly guide me as im deeply concerned about my skin .
