Looks like you have grade III acne o. your face. You have not mentioned if you have acne on your chest, arms and back. You even haven't mentioned if your skin normally remains dry or is it oily. Your periods absolutely normal or dates keeps on shifting. Which meds you already have used etc etc

My body is absolutely clear it’s just a face issue Jew lines mostly
Skin is normal
I used yaseem one year ago for the same reason
I dnt use any makeup cream
My periods are regular
