I have acne issue from teenage.I have used clina gel ,benclin gel,acadermic gel, 2 years ago meny oratane treatment liya us sy acne bahir ai sari or scars reh suggested me c02 fractional laser and microneedling but i am scared of after 6 months on and off thri bht ati rai but minor now again after two years acne came back like this..I am using salycylic acid cleanser amd moistrizer from accufix cosmetics,adapalene sometimes and suggest me a skincare routine to get rid of these small bumps and acne.. My age is 24 and due to scars i am stressed all the time..

co 2 fractional laser is good for acne scarring.
dear patient your skin seems to have acne plus scars. first of all take medicines and clear acne problem only then your treatment of scarring can be started. we do many patients of microneedling and laser and many other procedures for scars every day but there are never long term or serious problems apart from payments ;)
so you should not be scared and get it done if you want to reduce the scars.
