Talk to Dermatologist on Acne Issue

I'm having cystic acne which appears as small subdermal cyst then it gets enlarged and appears on skin.. Whenever i apply any moisturizer even baby lotion, i get acne.. I have consulted many dermatologists and they prescribe isotretinoin /clindamycin ointment and azithromycin /adoxa tablets but i can't see any improvement, I get 1 or 2 pimples every other tell me what should i do
