Talk to Dermatologist on Acne Like Bump With Black Something Inside

Question 1) There is a small acne like bump on my back. When taken a closer look, there is a black dot like thing inside it. Its been more than 2 months. It doesn’t hurt but it feels like it is very very slightly growing in size. I haven’t done any treatment for it yet. Pic 1 attached. Question 2) I am also suffering from acne on body. Specially on my back, chest & stomach. I used over the counter creams for acne, it goes away but comes again when I stop using. No permanent solution. Pic 2
