Acne On Face

Question

I used this razor for hair on my face n next day i had very very bad acne all over my face.. pimple small big .. few with with puss.. plz tell me some ointment.. my husband is not in favour of visiting dr due to covid.. i need to attend a my brothers small homebased engagement in few days.. plz its urgent.. i have like 100 pimple in a night
