Thanks for sharing ur concern, kindly book an appointment for complete history, examination and then management. This is not acne, it&acirc;&euro;&trade;s a type of eczema of the hands called pompholyx.

The condition you have is called irritant contact eczema. it's is due to use of too much soaps and detergents. So if you doing house work, then you will have to:

Wear cotton gloves and rubber gloves over cotton ones before you wet your hands

Keep applying Vaseline 8 times a day.

Apply Hydrocortisone ointment to your hands 3-4 times daily.
