please book a consultation. it is difficult to assess without visual examination. avoid fried food. limit sugar intake. hydrate. use a light moisturizer.
you must share pic so thst condition can be seen. it usually requires examination of lesions under magnification and classifying severity and type of acne only then you would benefit from treatment and get results.
