i have acne problem on my face neck & chest muje heat sa problem hoti hay heat main jane sa acne bhar jati hay main ek dr k pas gai thi she recommend me Adoxa tablet i use it 4 , 5 months & my acne gone , but jase hi main ne ya tablet lana chori again acne start , my face skin bohat zayda oily hay , please help me , main kya use karon for acne & oily face k liye please

Dear patient, you said took Adoxa tablet that work good for Acne. Some People have genetically oily skin. You need to avoid aggravating factors direct exposure to sunlight, environment pollution and heat. Wash your face with Luke water not hot water 2-3 times a day. Make appointment with dermatologist .
If your face is very oily then you must wash it frequently with soap and water.
Since acne is mainly due to the hormones and it is present in the blood all the time therefore your acne medicines had to be continued for a long time.

There are several anti-acne preparations but I cannot prescribe without first examining your face and talking at the same time.
Basically, this is how I treat my acne patients. I start with both oral and topical medicines. When I have control over it then I stop orals but continue to prescribe the topical preparation after adjustment of dose for a very long time.
In women most of the time short treatment with oral meds have to be made because of hormonal changes, stress due to domestic problems, heat from working in kitchen.
Acne needs constant vigilance
