Is there any treatemnt for existing acne scars. I have the habit of ripping the pimples off which indeed has left the scars on my face. Is there any ointment which may relieve me of it.

Unfortunately there is no oral or topical medicine that can treat scars of any origin. Scars are best treated with cosmetic treatments like a combination of Subcision, PRP and Microneedling.
