Talk to Dermatologist on Acne Scars Treatment Recommendation
Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, Islamabad
My dermatologist recommended Fractional RF Micro-needling Sessions for my acne scars. I just want to know is it worth it or do we have any other non invasive treatment for scars C02 laser is not in my consideration due to greater downtime and peeling .

Dear patient scars are form after acne due to loss of collagen . For this loss of collagen we have to do procedures like microneedling with or without PRP , in order to regrowth collagen . This procedure is best with amazing results. kindly book an appointment . Regards.
You have deep acne scars at your upper cheeks. You may go for PRP or microneedling but if you go for subcision of the scar first then treatment sessions of PRP or microneedling are reduced considerably. If you are in Karachi, please let me have a look at your face and would probably be more accurate in diagnosing and suggesting treatment method.
