Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Karachi

I am having acne from some past years. It becomes better. But now from some days I feel little white bumps on one side of my face. I start using adalpine on that. Now they are becoming pimples. Is this normal that adalpine makes bump pimples first then it gone. Or adalpine doesn't suits me.

acne is multifactorail disease, but mostly it is a bacterial infection.
there are different treatment modalities for acne which include oral medication along with topical creams, lotions and gels.
adaplene should be applied at night only on the pimples, rubbing should be avoided.
for your acne its better to use cap. ezonex 250 mg once daily for one month. aldo apply clinagel in morning and brevoxyl cream at night.
avoid taking spicy food, cold drinks, eggs and dry fruits.

I think you need oral medication too and it depends upon the type and severity of acne, so examination is important, you need to visit a dermatologist
