Talk to Dermatologist on After Laser Facial Hair

i had 6 sessions of face laser which shows no good result so I discontinue that now i wax my face which still shows no benefit as there's always tiny hair on face which feels like shaved face nor bleach works on them. what do i do with these hair please suggest me
