hey Doctors, my mother is having this strange allergy after getting in touch with soap or any detergent. it's getting bad , red, inflammation. kindly tell me why is it so and how to cure this. it's new by the way.

Quite likey its irritant contact dermatitis hands which has quite likely has aggravted because of current practice of frequent washing of hands and possibly exposure to soap, hand sanitizer or antiseptics.

This is a form of irritant eczema due to soaps and detergents. She has to stop that except for personal use. Apply Vaseline to both hands frequently.

Apply nerisone 30gm in wsp 70gm to be dispensed in 100gm mixture on hands daily once or twice..
Capsule Flucon 150mg once a week for 4 to 6 weeks.
Tablet softin 10mg daily for itching.
Avoid soaps n detergents.(MUST)
Use gloves when unavoidable.
Keep hands moisturised.
