please get checked by a doctor. ask your physician if you need to carry an epipen for wasp sting emergency in case of anaphylactic shock.

epipens are not available in Pakistan as they are tremendously expensive.
as you are allergic to wasp bite (this is called anaphylaxis) , in case of a,wasp bite you should be given epinephrine (or adrenaline ) immediately.
what you should do is:
1) make sure you are covered, full sleeves, full trousers, socks and may be a light scarf across your mouth and nose when you are riding a bike
2) write down on a piece of paper that you have allergy , ANAPHYLAXIS, to wasp and bee stings and need to be taken to nearest clinic or hospital for emergency epinephrine (adrenaline) injection if found unconscious. plastic coat this paper and carry it in your wallet at all times so even if someone finds you, they know what to do.
3) inform all your friends, relatives and colleagues at the office of these important informations.
You probably go into anaphylactic shock. It is a serious and life threatening condition. There is no treatment of this allergic condition. Just try not to be out doors especially after maghrib and your body must be clothed all the time.
