Aoa Doctors i am facing with an allergic sunlight or whenever i do a little bit exercise some kind of rashes appear on my body with pain like somone is scratching my body with needles but whenever i sit in shadow or drink water it becomes help me i am suffering with depression also

Ws May Allah be with u. Since when have u developed this issue. There are few basic test tht need to be done. U shld visit a dermatologist in person. Nothing to worry abt and then some treatment plan can be done for u.

its cholinergic urticaria....a type of allergy....
best treatment is to avoid things whoch cause avoid sun or exercise/exertion causing any thing which will raise your bodu temperature will cause this problem so keep your body temperature lower than point where you stary getting this problem....
use cotton based loose clothing......
