Assalamualaikum ..My daughter is 5 months old. She was 4kg when born and now she is 5.4kg and she is on formula milk NAN 1 from day first and now she is on Fabi Milk LF88 for 4 days after doctor's recommendation.Please tell me about this allergy that appeared suddenly today.

Cannot comment too much without physically examining the patient. But this could have been brought on by the weather.
Apply body lotion very gently on her whole body 2 or 3 times daily. Do not massage.
No oils massage on the body.
If your doctor has prescribed her with anti-itching syrup, then give that to her.

Looks like heat rash
Following is suggested
Apply Calamine lotion 2-3 times. Give some antiallergic syrup. Keep child at cooler place. Prefer light clothing. Give more frequent baths.
