I have been shedding hair since 10 years and I have tried every thing possible to get them back. All in vain. Skin specialists in lahore to Agha khan hospital in karachi to Nanogen products from England, i have given everything a shot. Finally i was diagnosed with Alopecia. I have been suggested to get shots of PRP but than I see promising results for Mesotherapy as well. Any recommendations?

Well, as u hve mentioned that you were diagnosed Alopecia, which in general
is used for variety of conditions resulting in hairfall. There are two
variants of alopecia, one is cicatricial alopecia and other is non
cicatricial alopecia. The former usually results in permanant hair fall.
Firstly you must know if it is alopecia areata? Which is a type of hairfall
in which there are patches of hair loss, or it is some other kind of hair
fall. Search for pics of alopecia areata, alopecia totalis, and cicatricial
alopecia on internet, and lemme know afterwards.
