You mentioned that your have Alopecia Areata for the last 12 years. If you have that at the same spot for 12 years, then the hair follicles must have died by now and there is no point in treating it.

If you are having Alopecia Areata off and on for the last 12 years then there is a chance that you will have a regrowth.

But unless I examine you with my own eyes, I cannot be certain. For me to examine you, you will have to travel to karachi to my clinic.
