i have itching in anus and burning after stool my stool colour is black and stool area is turn into red and have stomach in pain as well my tounge is dry. i recover from covid its been one month my ruselt is negitve from covid .but i use antibotics during that period and alot of warm things i dont how to tell or which specialist doc i can see or how to get rid of this from problem r which test i perform to diagnose the problem
First of all you must have yourself checked by a general surgeon. He will examine you from the outside and maybe from inside. If diagnosis not made then you will have to see gastroenterologist.
