Back Acne | Shoulder Acne

Question

I am having back and shoulder acne problem for quite some time and my skin condition makes it worse. I am keloid prone specially my uper body including shoulder chest and back. Asked from different doctors and visited them multiple times and after medicines and treatments it gives relief for some time but it occurs again after sometime. Is there any permanent solution for this any medicine or cream?
