I have this weird looking thing forming on my middle finger on little hand , it's a little hard to feel. Picture is in comments. Can any doctor tell what is it and how can I treat it?

they dont itch or hurt, can you recommend the treatment kindly? cant go out due to current condition

Warts don't itch. When they get big then they become painful. There is no medicine to treat warts. They are treated either with Cryo-Surgery which is spraying an extremely cold gas on it or with RF machines. Since you do not live in Karachi therefore I would suggest that you visit a Dermatologist in your city for treatment.
