Talk to Dermatologist on Basic Skin Care In Winter And Lotion/cream Suggestions

Hello to all the @dermatologists, Just wanted to ask a question that in daily routine what cream or lotion should use and when to use to moisturise one face and hands considering Islamabad weather (dry and cold) in my case and having normal skin type I mean one with normal skin type, not too oily nor so dry.
