Talk to Dermatologist on Beard Growth

I am 20 years old, but I still don’t have a proper beard. I started using minoxidil 7 months ago. I have developed some thin, fine hairs, but they are not becoming thicker or darker. My father, uncles, and other family members all have beards, and my two older brothers also developed beards at around my age. My maternal uncles and maternal grandfather also have beards. I am very worried about this. Is there any solution or treatment that can help me?
